Waiter2u opening and delivery times are Monday - Saturday 5.00pm- 10.00pm, Sundays and Bank Holidays 5.00pm - 9.30pm
Each restaurant operates at certain hours. These times can be found on their menu. No orders can be delivered outside restaurants opening hours. Restaurant holiday hours may vary.
Customers placing orders for the first time will automatically be required to register either by the phone or online. All customer details will be stored electronically to help to facilitate future order placements efficiently without the need for a new registration process. We are bound by the Data Protection act and no information will be passed on or sold to a third party.
Please allow a maximum of 45 - 60 minutes for normal delivery times. At peak times and for large orders requiring longer preparation, or of unusually large size, during busy periods and / or requiring more than one stop by the delivery driver may / will take longer. No exceptions.
During busy periods, restaurants may choose not to accept orders for deliveries, customers will be informed before or after placing orders. Advance orders however may be taken for delivery during kitchen hours. Orders placed at busy restaurant periods will take longer to prepare which will/may affect delivery times.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that Waiter2u delivers food obtained from third parties for and on behalf of the customer, and Waiter2u is solely a delivery agent only.
Accordingly, Waiter2u accepts no responsibility / liability whatsoever for the quality, quantity or content of any meals or goods delivered. In order to comply with health and safety issues, Waiter2u drivers can not and are not permitted to open and check packaging to confirm items or content. Therefore restaurants take full responsibility for all incorrectly sent orders.
Please check your order thoroughly before accepting it, as it will be difficult to rectify mistakes later.Waiter2u takes no responsibility for missing items from restaurants.
For concerns regarding nut allergies or any other form of food allergy Waiter2u strongly advises its customers to contact the restaurant direct for advice and information regarding content and ingredients before placing their order with Waiter2u.
For complaints regarding quality of food supplied by a restaurant, customers are advised to contact the restaurant concerned direct, Waiter2u is only a delivery service agent and although we may take up a complaint on behalf of the customer we do not, however, offer compensation or replacements in such events.
Waiter2u operates a no refund and a zero tolerance policy.
We reserve the right not to deliver:
- Outside Waiter2u delivery times
- Outside Waiter2u's 5 mile radius zone from the city centre
- In dangerous driving conditions
- To unregistered addresses and customers
- To customers in public establishments, where that establishment is not a registered delivery address
- To a registered banned customer or addresses
Assaults on our drivers, their vehicles, their belongings or Waiter2u properties will be reported to the authorities and where possible charges will be brought against the offender
Minimum order required is £15 (not including a delivery charge)
Waiter2u will only deliver from 1 restaurants per order.
If a customer would like Waiter2u to deliver for them from a non-member restaurant, then there will be an extra £1.98 added onto the delivery charge.
All restaurant prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change and all food is subject to availability.
Restaurants reserve the right to change their menu and prices anytime throughout the year without prior notice.
All other prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Cash payments are our primary form of payment. We do not accept any other forms of payment as of yet. If this circumstance changes, then we will make it clear on our website.
We do not accept cheques.
